Hi, I discovered salsa last spring and quickly became addicted. I’m working hard to learn more about Latin music and dance…but I’m also interested in politics. So I was fascinated to discover that politics played such an enormous role in the evolution of Latin music.
Anyway, I learned about your Salsa for Solidarity event too late to list it on my Seattle Salsa Calendar at http://seattle.sealatin.com/Calendar. However, I’d love to list similar events in the future, so please add me to your e-mail list. I’d also like to write an article about CISPES when I find time. (I’ll probably be pretty busy until Christmas.)
Fundada en 1980 como parte de la red nacional de CISPES, Seattle CISPES es una organización de base dedicada a la justicia social y a los derechos humanos en El Salvador y los Estados Unidos.
